Parking Management Company is seeking a Radiology Concierge to serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering courteous service while supporting patient safety, communication, and workflow within the hospital environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, coordinating with radiology teams, and maintaining a professional front desk. Requires HS diploma and healthcare-awareness experience; hospital setting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow healthcare protocols.
• Ability to multitask and manage both in-person and phone-based interactions.

Responsibilities
