A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience handling phone systems or call coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a professional demeanor.
• Provide wayfinding assistance and answer inquiries.
• Assist with hospital registration processes as needed.
• Coordinate with nursing, radiology teams, and staff.
• Handle inbound calls and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Operate paging systems and monitor workflows.
• Maintain clean, safe front desk area and equipment.
• Work overnight shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
