Description:The unit includes 5 recovery bays and 8 full-time equivalent staff members.Staffing consists of day shift workers covering five eight-hour shifts.The patient-to-staff ratio is 1 per procedural room and 5 in recovery.Equipment includes GE and Philips technology with EMR systems Meditech and MERGE.Typical procedures performed include LHC, RHC, PCI, PTA, stenting, Impella, IABP, peripheral angiograms, PPM, ICD, EP studies, some interventional radiology procedures, thrombectomy, laser, and directional atherectomy.The ideal candidate will have a relaxed, laid-back personality fit for a collaborative environment.One week of on-call duty is required per month.Scrubs in navy color will be provided for the position.
