Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced Radiology - Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in Modesto, CA. Day 4x10-hour shifts with 10-hour shifts, doing scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring inCath Lab procedures.

Requirements include ARRT or CA license (or RCIS), BLS and ACLS, 5+ years’ Cath Lab experience, and proficiency in PCI angiography, pacemakers, and vascular access. Candidate must maintain sterile fields and operate PACS and electronic charting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cath lab procedures including coronary angiograms with PCI.
• Maintain sterile fields and proper equipment setup.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures.
• Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and respond appropriately.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Must-Have: Experience with coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemakers, peripheral aortograms, accurate monitoring, and various catheterization procedures.

Description:The manager is open to both 3x12s and 4x10s schedules.Call requirement is between 8-12 shifts per month, with one weekend of call required each month.Experience in maintaining sterile fields and proper equipment setup is essential.Candidates must have skills in diagnostic catheterization, electrophysiology lab functions, item inventory maintenance, and the ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.Additional skills required include angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and use of vascular closure systems.Maintaining patient safety and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team is crucial.The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with electronic charting systems and PACS.Up-to-date certifications must be provided prior to employment.
