Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in the Roanoke, VA area. The role involves day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM across four 10-hour shifts, with Epic charting and on-call duties including one full weekend of call. Active state licensure and ACLS/BLS are required, with ARRT(R) or RCIS preferred.

Travel and scheduling must adhere to facility policies. The position covers adult patients with a census of 15–20 and includes advanced procedures such as TAVR

Qualifications

• Skilled in cardiac cath lab procedures and interventional settings.
• Active state license preferred; any active state license accepted.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; ARRT(R) or RCIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform LHC, RHC, PCI, PTCA and stent placement procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and proper EKG lead placement.
• Monitor hemodynamics during procedures and use fluoroscopy.
• Operate and manage cath lab equipment (IABP, Impella, OCT).
• Chart in Epic and document all findings and interventions.
• Be available for on-call shifts and one full weekend of call.
• Return to hospital within 30 minutes when called back.
• Adhere to attendance and compliance policies; travel candidates welcomed.
