Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Torrance, CA is seeking a Radiology/Cath Lab Technician with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience to join our dayshift team.

The role requires an active CA license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, ARRT, Fluoroscopy). Must be able to handle left/right heart caths, coronary angiograms, and high-risk procedures with IABP/Impella support.

Qualifications

• Active CA state license required at submission.
• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT and Fluoroscopy certifications required.
• Experience with Impella, Rotablator and IABP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform left and right heart catheterizations.
• Conduct coronary angiograms and percutaneous interventions.
• Operate and support high-risk procedures with IABP/Impella.
• Maintain equipment and inventory and uphold sterile techniques.

Description:Flu vaccination required during flu season.Two updated supervisory or higher references are due at the time of submission.Experience in the following procedures is required:Left and right heart catheterizations.Coronary angiograms.Percutaneous interventions and high-risk procedures.Use of supportive devices such as IABPs or Impellas.Thrombectomies.Temporary and permanent pacemaker and AICD insertions.Pericardiocentesis.Accurate monitoring and rhythm interpretation are essential.Ability to maintain equipment and inventory is necessary.Flexible in scheduling and willing to work one night of on-call per week.Traveler should expect to be assigned to an average of 4-7 cases per day in the Cath Lab.Professional behavior with adherence to sterile techniques is expected.Completion of any required training modules is mandatory prior to start.Compliance with policies regarding prior employment and background checks is essential.
