The Radiology - Cath Lab Tech position is with Cynet HealthStaff in the hospital setting. The cardiac cath lab conducts left/right heart caths, drug studies, and interventional procedures such as TAVR, TMVR, and stent placement.
Typical shifts run 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 24-hour on-call coverage. The lab features multiple labs and a radial lounge. ARU devices and EMR Sunrise/Allscripts are used to support daily operations.

Description:The cardiac cath lab operates from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with 24-hour on-call coverage.There are 3 cath labs, a holding area for in-patients, and a radial lounge for out-patients.The cath lab has 7 Tech positions and 13 RN positions, including the manager.The radial lounge consists of 5 RN positions and 1 LNA position.The radial lounge is open from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.The cath lab is equipped with OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, Pacers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, Cath Works, and Penumbra.The EMR system used is Sunrise/Allscripts, Mac Lab.The patient population is adult.Typical procedures performed include left and right heart caths, drug studies, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO closures, stents, angioplasties, atherectomies, mechanical thrombectomies, and the use of IABP and Impella devices.Candidates must possess an efficient yet easy-going personality with a good sense of humor.Self-scheduling for call is available, requiring one day a week and one weekend a month.Call starts at 4:30 PM and ends at 7:30 AM the following morning, with weekend call from 4:30 PM Friday to 7:30 AM Monday.
