Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; medical billing course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Insurance Specialists and coordinates billing workflow.
• Monitors production and provides feedback for evaluations.
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in daily operations.
