Job summary

Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an onsite Billing Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staffing, and training, ensuring timely resolution of customer billing inquiries. You will implement policies, coordinate with PPO networks and TPAs on contracts and coding education, and maintain CPT/ICD-10 accuracy across systems.

You will collaborate with credentialing on provider IDs, monitor processes for compliance and efficiency, and support the billing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Prior experience in medical billing and collections preferred.
• Radiology Certified Coder RCC or AAPC.
• 3–5 years coding experience in all modalities.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• No CMS disqualifying events.
• Experience with Intergy (or similar billing software) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of billing team members.
• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.

• Partner with the credentialing office to obtain and maintain provider ID numbers for new radiologists.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational operations.

**Onsite position**

SUMMARY: Assist in the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the billing department; including but not limited to staffing, training and customer complaint resolution. Implements and maintains policies and procedures. Interacts with PPO Networks and TPA Payers on contractual issues, education of codes, and reimbursements. Ensures CPT and ICD-10 codes are current in all systems. Works with credentialing office regarding ID # for new radiologist. May perform other job related duties as necessary for the efficient operation of SDMI.
