Job summary

Radon Medical Imaging Corporation is seeking a proactive Applications Specialist to join our Willoughby, OH team. You will bridge clinical workflows with radiology technology, delivering hands-on training and go-live support for our imaging equipment and software solutions.

You will collaborate with field service engineers and sales reps to ensure clinicians achieve optimal outcomes, high user proficiency, and maximum value from their investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare discipline.
• ARRT certification or advanced clinical certifications are strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in hospital, imaging center, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote clinical training for radiologic technologists, radiologists, and staff.
• Lead Go-Live and Adoption support, with follow-up visits to monitor proficiency.
• Develop and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and workflow docs.
• Partner with sales to deliver clinical demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Act as the clinical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, addressing technical and workflow questions.
• Assist field engineering and service teams with clinical setup, configuration, and integration of imaging devices and software.
• Serve as the clinical liaison between end-users and internal service/operations teams to resolve issues and convey feature requests.
• Stay updated on radiology practices, standards, and regulatory guidelines to provide cutting-edge support.
