Kubtec Medical is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to join the clinical applications team under the Manager, Clinical Applications. You will serve as the technical expert supporting sales with demonstrations, installations, training, and workflow optimization for imaging and gamma detection products, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering and R&D.

Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of the breast care continuum to make consultative clinical recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, business administration, clinical staff, etc.
• Ability to develop relationships with key decision makers and influence technically complex procedures.
• Strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
• Hands-on, team-oriented, and accountable for delivering metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management, including travel planning and expense management.
• 5+ years’ experience operating in clinical applications or clinical training.

Responsabilidades

• Support direct sales through clinical evaluations, demonstrations and installations.
• Serve as primary technical consultant for imaging and gamma detection products.
• Provide training per customer specifications and applications.
• Act as subject matter expert in imaging and workflow protocols.
• Train and communicate nuances of specimen imaging and gamma detection.
• Monitor adoption, retention, and expansion within the customer portfolio.
• Prioritize opportunities to enhance client relationships and revenue.
• Identify product gaps and coach customers to use available resources.
• Deliver ongoing education to develop account proficiency and program success.
• Collaborate with sales on opportunities within installed base to grow revenue.
