RadNet seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist I to support radiology workflows and drive product adoption across centers. You will train customers onsite or virtually, ensuring high-quality education and effective integration of our imaging solutions.

Collaborate with customer success, sales, and operations to deliver clinical value, gather feedback, and advocate for customers. A medical background and RIS/PACS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in radiology/medical field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality customer training onsite or virtual to maximize satisfaction and adoption.
• Represent the company at medical conferences and respond to inquiries to enhance experience.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate with customer success teams to drive improvements.
• Act as advocate for current and future customers within the organization.
