About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.

Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

About This Role

We are seeking a clinically-grounded, tech-savvy Solution Success Manager to support our Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions. This individual will have a background in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) and act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through successful onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of our AI-driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and success.

As a tech-savvy individual with deep healthcare domain expertise, the Solution Success Manager - Diagnostic Radiology serves as a product authority and strategic advisor for both prospective and existing customers. This includes delivering tailored product demonstrations, facilitating clinical onboarding and integration, and optimizing the utilization of our AI‑driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and ensure their success.

This position demands a strong combination of clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively influence decision‑making and cultivate robust relationships within diverse healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administrators
  • Master and articulate the nuances of specific Care pathways, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, and treatment protocols, tying them to our solutions
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, radiology IT, Technologists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challenges
  • Map complex clinical requirements into demonstrable workflows in our product suite
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) on the best way to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that resonate with different healthcare stakeholders
  • Preliminary solutioning of the Aidoc products during pre‑sales motions, demonstrating how they may augment or enhance customer clinical team workflows
  • Clinical Onboarding and Change Management - oversee the clinical onboarding process, including assessing current workflows, identifying key objectives, optimizing workflows for users, and supporting initiatives that ensure successful adoption post‑sale.
  • Provide expert‑level product training to internal teams and clients
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure solutions deployed meet the expected deliverables as scoped in the pre‑sales engagement.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre‑sales and onboarding phases to inform product development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client engagements
  • Guide implementation processes that align with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between product development, radiology platform vendors, and commercial teams during the late beta and early scaling phases of new solutions, ensuring that clinical needs and workflow optimization details are fully incorporated into the solution launch process.
  • Attend various vendor conferences and Aidoc events as needed.
Requirements

  • Prior experience with AI technologies within the healthcare industry.
  • Essential understanding of the complexities within imaging environments.
  • Demonstrated desire to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience supporting pre‑sales engagements and live product demonstrations.
  • Clinical Expertise
    • Deep knowledge of Radiology (including subspecialities) workflow, patient journeys, clinical workflows, and healthcare protocols, developed through hands‑on experience within an acute healthcare setting, including imaging experience within a large acute comprehensive center.
    • Strong ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, understanding their distinct challenges and objectives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
    • Proficient with imaging IT systems, including RIS/PACS, and informatics platforms.
  • Technical Acumen
    • Good understanding of AI technology and its applications in healthcare.
    • Ability to map complex clinical requirements into product workflows and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills
    • Exceptional ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
    • Clear and empathetic communication to connect with diverse audiences, from clinicians to administrators.
  • Problem‑Solving and Solution Design
    • Proficient in translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
    • Capable of guiding both pre‑sales solutioning and post‑sales implementation to meet specific goals.
