Job summary

The Department of Radiology at UCLA Health is seeking a senior administrative leader to oversee faculty and administrative support operations across multiple clinical and academic sites. You will design staffing models, allocate resources, and implement workflows to improve service delivery and operational excellence.

You will supervise managers and staff, partnering with leadership to address challenges, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliant governance of residency and fellowship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 8+ years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of administrative operations and organizational management principles.
• Knowledge of personnel management, supervision, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of GME and ACGME standards, residency and fellowship operations.
• Ability to analyze complex operational issues and propose practical solutions.
• Experience supervising and developing managers and staff.
• Project and program management experience.
• Ability to operate in a complex, decentralized environment across multiple locations.

• Develop staffing strategies, allocate resources, and improve workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Supervise managers and administrative staff, fostering a high-performing and service-oriented team.
• Partner with departmental leadership to address operational challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee administrative operations for the Chair's Office and Education Personnel Office, including residency and fellowship programs.
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support across the department.
