Job summary

Midwest Physicians Services - MPS in Roseville, MN is seeking a Radiology Administrative Assistant to support radiology workflow for hospitals, clinics and Radiologists. The role requires ensuring complete study records and coordinating with multiple parties to meet turnaround time.

Shift options include 8:30pm–7:00am and 8:00pm–6:30am with a 7 days on/7 days off cycle. A hybrid option is available and there is shift differential pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical terminology course or related education preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure study information is complete with history, paperwork and images.
• Assign exams to the correct Radiologist worklist and provide necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with Radiologists, physicians, technologists and health care staff as needed.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while handling calls and maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to resolve issues.
• Support after-hours interventional clients, paging on-call Radiologists when needed.
