Midwest Physicians Services - MPS is seeking a Radiology Administrative Assistant in Roseville, MN to support radiology workflow and patient care. This full-time role requires handling study documentation, coordinating exams, and communicating with physicians and technologists to meet turn-around-time targets.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, weekend hours (Sat/Sun 6:00 am–6:30 pm) with weekday coverage, and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical terminology course or related education preferred.
• Medical or communications background a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
• Telephone etiquette skills are essential.
• Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor.
• High level of attention to detail necessary.
• Strong organizational and prioritization techniques.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Total proficiency in a PC environment utilizing Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, IM and other medical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all aspects of a study are received and complete.
• Assign exams to the correct Radiologist worklists and provide paperwork.
• Liaise with Radiologists and call physicians, technologists, and staff.
• Multi-task while answering calls and using multiple computer systems.
• Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to resolve problems.
• Assist after-hours interventional clients, paging on-call Radiologists.
• Document issues and notify IT, shift leads and Quality Control Manager.
• Assist other staff and communicate professionally with coworkers and clients.
• Incorporate company values into daily interactions.
