Job summary

Billings Clinic is hiring a Radiology Access Specialist for a part-time weekend role in the Radiology Administration department. You will greet patients, register them, collect insurance information and coordinate appointments within the Radiology/PACS workflow.

Responsibilities include using the practice management system, supporting PACS/teleradiology operations and ensuring smooth patient flow. Prior experience in a medical office is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One (1) year office experience, healthcare-focused classes preferred.
• Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, collecting demographic and insurance information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete on-line registration gathering demographic and financial information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments following radiology scheduling protocols.
• Enter orders for ancillary services and educate patients on waivers and signatures.
• Coordinate PACS-related data and support vendors and IT as needed.
