Job summary

Billings Clinic, a community-owned health system in Billings, Montana, is seeking a Radiology Access Specialist. The role handles patient greeting and registration, verifies demographics and insurance, and coordinates radiology appointments and tests in a fast-paced environment.

You will support PACS and teleradiology systems and collaborate with IS and vendors. Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, with full-time, day-shift hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year office experience, healthcare related classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients, gathering demographic and insurance information.
• Schedules and coordinates radiology appointments and procedures.
• Schedules and enters orders for ancillary services and educates patients on waivers.
• Serves as a primary technology resource for PACS and teleradiology systems.
• Distributes data for PACS-related technology and collaborates with IS and vendors.
• May be eligible for sign-on incentives.
