Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray procedures at our IL location and contribute to high-quality patient care. You will start up and maintain imaging equipment, verify patient data, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Mastery of best-practice x-ray procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to operate radiology equipment safely.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Capable of shielding and radiation safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down all X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patients and confirm ordered examinations.
• Prepare patients and perform radiographs per procedures.
• Document radiologic procedures in EMR for billing.
• Coordinate with providers to clarify readings.
• Assist with site stocking and quality control.
