WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our Chicago-area team. You will operate X-ray equipment, verify patient information, and perform procedures while maintaining strict safety protocols.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation in the EMR, collaboration with providers, and ongoing quality control. A valid ARRT certification and state licensure are required, with opportunities for growth and continuing education.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or anticipated graduation within 4–6 months.
• Active ARRT certification and registration.
• Applicable state licensure and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Start up and shut down all X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm order for examination.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform X-rays.
• Document patient history and observations in the EMR; support billing.
• Obtain pre-authorization from insurers for CT scans.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions to Lead Technologist.
• Assist in quality control and stock at the site with the team.
