WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our expanding team. You will perform X-ray exams across designated locations in our region, ensure patient safety, and manage documentation in EMR/PACS. Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or current student with upcoming graduation (within 4–6 months).
• Active ARRT Certification and Registration.
• Applicable state licensure as required by state.
• Active Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Start up and shut down of all X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm examination ordered.
• Travel to designated locations to perform X-Ray exams.
• Maintain communication with teams at locations.
• Prepare patients for radiological procedures and perform X-Rays per safety procedures.
• Obtain patient history and note observations during examination.
• Use radiation protection and shielding materials.
• Ensure radiology equipment functions properly and report malfunctions.
• Document radiologic procedures in EMR and billing notes.
• Obtain pre-authorization for CT scans.
• Confirm X-Ray exam in PACS and ensure report is in patient chart.
• Clarify discrepancies with medical provider.
• Complete vehicle-related duties including fueling and logs.
• Participate in quality control and assurance programs.
