Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team and deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves performing X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment with attention to accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT certification and registration.
• State licensure (as required) and active driver's license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down all X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm ordered examination.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform x-rays according to safety procedures.
• Obtain patient history and note observations during radiologic exam.
• Use radiation protection and shielding materials.
• Ensure radiology equipment functions properly and report malfunctions.
