Aurora Medical Group, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures across clinic locations, with scheduling between 0700 and 2000.

You will work with Radiologists, prepare and maintain records, enter data into the radiology information system, and ensure patient safety and quality imaging. Licensure and BLS required within 6 months; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

  • Advanced training in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
  • State radiographer license and ARRT registration within 6 months.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety and radiology equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures.
  • Explain procedures and obtain clinical history from patients.
  • Position patients and select exposure factors and ensure radiation safety.
  • Label images and verify orders for exam accuracy.
  • Enter patient and study data into the Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Assist radiologists and communicate with physicians and staff.
  • Meet age-specific care requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Follow safety guidelines for lifting and physical tasks.
