WellNow Urgent Care seeks a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team and perform high-quality X-ray imaging with emphasis on patient safety in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The position offers a competitive starting salary of $33.50 per hour, with no on-call shifts, generous PTO, comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) with company match, CME reimbursement, and ongoing education as we expand to more locations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certification.
• Active state licensure as required.
• Minimum High School or equivalent; driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm examination order.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform X-rays safely.
• Record observations and history during radiologic exams.
• Maintain radiation safety and shielding practices.
• Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Process radiology procedures in EMR and assist with billing.
• Obtain pre-authorization for CT scans.
• Verify X-Ray exams in PACS and update patient charts.
• Assist with radiology readings and clinical documentation.
• Stock and clean the site; participate in quality control.
• Provide basic medical assisting and front-desk support as needed.
