Job summary

The Bon Secours Urgent Care team in Greenville, SC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform provider-ordered radiographic examinations and assist in patient care under the supervision of a licensed clinician. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, adhere to safety protocols, document procedures, and support front desk tasks when needed.

Licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and radiologic technology training are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Limited Scope Radiology licensure or General Machine X-Ray Operator licensure per state requirement (required).
• BLS from American Heart Association preferred or required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs provider-ordered radiographic examinations.
• Positions patients and immobilizes as needed with proper radiation protection.
• Selects and adjusts electronic factors to safeguard patient and equipment; reports malfunctions.
• Assists in medical documentation and clinical duties under the Provider's direction.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area and equipment.
• Travels to other facilities or adjusts hours to meet patient care needs.
