Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Spartanburg to perform provider-ordered radiographic exams and support patient care under supervision. You will position patients, ensure safety, and adjust to facility needs while maintaining documentation and teamwork.

Requires licensure per state requirements and enrollment in an accredited radiologic program; BLS is preferred. The role may involve travel and front-desk duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be in final year or graduate of a radiologic technology program (preferred).
• Licensure: Limited Scope Radiology or General Machine X-Ray Operator (state requirement).
• BLS from American Heart Association preferred or required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform provider-ordered radiographic examinations.
• Position patients and ensure proper immobilization and radiation safety.
• Select technical factors to safeguard patient and equipment, report malfunctions.
• Assist with medical documentation and clinical assistant duties.
• Travel to other facilities or adjust hours as needed by manager.
• Perform front desk duties when required (scheduling, registration, phones).
