The Medical University of South Carolina in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a radiology technologist to manage and perform diagnostic radiology procedures for ED, outpatient, inpatient and surgical patients.
Under physician supervision, you will operate X-ray, fluoroscopic and portable equipment, and ensure professional patient care with required ARRT registration/eligibility and CPR certification. Two-year allied health program graduate preferred; SC license required.
Manage and perform ordered radiology procedures to assigned patients in practice setting.
To provide professional patient care under the direct supervision of the physicians.
Work with physician(s) and other health care professionals to provide radiology and assigned clinical services for patients.

To perform diagnostic medical radiographies for the emergency department, outpatient, inpatient and surgery patients. Ability to utilize all radiographic, fluoroscopic and portable x-ray equipment. Completion of a formal two-year allied health AMA approved school. Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association. Must be CPR certified.
