Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures and fluoroscopic exams with independent judgment. The role covers a range of imaging modalities and requires strong anatomy knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.

You will mentor students, ensure image quality, and support infection control, stock, and equipment at your station in a team-driven environment. English fluency is required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• ARRT certification and CT state license required or eligible within 3 months.
• Maintain required CEUs to keep licensure current.
• BCLS certification upon hire and ongoing competency.

Responsibilities

• Performs all routine radiographic procedures according to department standards and ARRT/CT guidelines.
• Proficient in routine radiographic and fluoroscopic exams including GI studies, ERCPs, Arthrography, Hysterosalpingography, Urography, and portable X-ray with C-Arm.
• Provides proper clinical patient care while performing diagnostic procedures.
• Critiques image quality and ensures accurate documentation in the system.
• Mentors students in clinical and ethical aspects of radiologic technology.
• Maintains stock levels and PPE for assigned stations.
• Maintains infection control standards and safe workflow.
• Works cooperatively as a team member to achieve department goals.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
