Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with independence and accuracy. You will exhibit strong knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety, under supervision as needed.

This role supports patient care across CT and X-ray imaging with emphasis on quality control. The position requires ARRT certification, Connecticut licensure or eligibility, and BLS.

Qualifications

• ARRT board certification and CT licensing required or to be obtained within 3 months of graduation.
• Two modalities of radiologic technique with independent practice capability.
• Maintain currency with CEU requirements and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic procedures according to standards and guidelines.
• Conduct fluoroscopic exams including GI studies and CT-related imaging per protocol.
• Ensure proper clinical patient care and image quality assessment.
• Maintain equipment stock and infection control throughout the shift.
• Mentor students in clinical radiologic practice and professional ethics.
