Qualifications

• Must pass ARRT National Board and CT license or obtain within 3 months of graduation.
• Maintain required CEUs to keep state licensure current.
• Ability to perform radiographic procedures with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine radiographic procedures and fluoroscopic exams as required.
• Ensures patient care quality and image accuracy.
• Mentors students and supports infection control standards.
• Maintains stock and PPE for assigned stations.
• Works cooperatively as part of the radiology team.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Exhibits advanced math knowledge for exposure settings.
• Adheres to departmental protocols and ARRT/Connecticut guidelines.
• Manual dexterity and attention to patient safety in radiologic exams.
• Communicates effectively in English; bilingual Spanish desirable.
