Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with independent judgment. You’ll support patient care and image quality across multiple modalities, under supervision as needed, and mentor students.

Requirements include ARRT certification, CT licensure eligibility within 3 months, BLS, and ongoing CEUs. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential in this community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass ARRT National Board and have CT licensure or eligible within 3 months of graduation.
• Maintain licensure with CEUs; BLS required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine radiographic procedures per standards and state guidelines.
• Exhibits proficiency in fluoroscopic exams including GI studies and C-Arm procedures.
• Provides proper clinical patient care during diagnostic procedures.
• Maintains image quality through careful critique and assessment.
• Ensures accurate computer documentation.
• Mentors students in clinical and ethical radiologic practices.
• Manages stock and PPE for assigned stations.
• Adheres to infection control standards at all times.
• Collaborates with team to accomplish tasks.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as required.
