Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under supervision while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities include image quality assessment, equipment operation (including C-Arm), and adherence to infection control. ARRT certification and CT licensure expected within 3 months of graduation; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must pass ARRT National Board and obtain CT State license within 3 months of graduation.
• Independently perform radiographic procedures in at least two modalities.
• Maintain currency through CEUs and mandatory education.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic procedures per standards and guidelines.
• Conduct fluoroscopic exams including GI studies and X-ray with C-Arm procedures.
• Provide proper patient care during diagnostic procedures and ensure image quality.
• Document results accurately in the system and maintain infection control standards.
• Mentor students in clinical and ethical aspects of Radiologic Tech.
• Maintain stock levels and PPE at assigned stations.
• Cooperate with team to achieve department goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
