Job summary

ChristianaCare's Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department is hiring a Full Time Radiologic Technologist to work evening shifts, with weekend and holidays as required. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

You will perform radiographic procedures, manage imaging workflows, and support student training while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Requires ARRT registration, Delaware license, CPR, and an Associates degree in Radiology Science.

Qualifications

• Associates degree completed in Radiology Science.
• ARRT Registered Technologist is required.
• Delaware license must be active.
• CPR certification is required.
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in radiographic equipment.
• Developing and identifying radiographs.
• Performing clerical duties: receptionist and scheduling.
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED), OR, Portables, Fluoro.
• Assist with the training of radiology technology students.
• Using and QC PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
• Operating equipment: Siemens, Phillips, and Ziehm.
• Burn patient CDs.

TheWilmington HospitalRadiologyDepartment is currently recruiting for a Full Time (80 hr) Radiologic Technologist to work evening shifts with weekend and holidays as required

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs
• Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
• Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
• Burn patient CD’s

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science
• RT Technologist experience preferred
• ARRT Registered Technologist required
• Delaware license
• Certification in CPR
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
