Job summary

ChristianaCare Newark Hospital Imaging Department is seeking a WIP Radiologic Technologist to work day/evening shifts and 3 out of 4 weekends, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. This role requires operating radiographic equipment, developing radiographs, and supporting ED and portable exams.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Radiology Science, ARRT registration, Delaware license, CPR certification, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science.
• RT Technologist experience preferred.
• ARRT Registered Technologist required.
• Delaware license.
• Certification in CPR.
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment.
• Developing and identifying radiographs, including proper identification of film, date and time.
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) & Portables.
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
• Operating the following equipment: Phillips.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Hourly Pay Range: $29.80 - $44.71This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
