ChristianaCare's Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department is seeking a Full Time Radiologic Technologist to work midnight shifts, with weekend and holiday coverage as required. Responsibilities include operating radiographic equipment, developing radiographs, and assisting with training of radiology students.

Requirements: Associates Degree in Radiology Science; ARRT Registered Technologist; Delaware license; CPR certification; flexible hours.

• RT Technologist experience preferred.
• ARRT Registered Technologist required.
• Delaware license.
• Certification in CPR.
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and ensure full proficiency.
• Develop and identify radiographs.
• Assist with clerical duties and scheduling as needed.
• Cover Emergency Department, Portables, Fluoro as required.
• Assist with training radiology technology students.
• Utilize QC on PACS and Digital Radiography systems.
• Operate equipment from Siemens, Philips, and Ziehm.
• Prepare patient CD’s as needed.

The Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time (72 hr) Radiologic Technologist to work midnight shifts with weekend and holidays as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs
• Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
• Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
• Burn patient CD’s

Requirements

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
