Job summary

ChristianaCare, a nonprofit health system, seeks a Radiologic Technologist for The Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department. This full-time position involves midnight shifts with weekend and holiday requirements, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include operating radiographic equipment, developing and identifying radiographs, and supporting training of radiology students.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science.
• ARRT Registered Technologist required; Delaware license.
• CPR certification required; state license as applicable.

• Performing clerical duties as needed: receptionist and scheduling, forms completion and filing.
• Cover the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro.

• Use and QC PACS, Computed Radiography and/or Digital Radiography Systems.

TheWilmington HospitalRadiologyDepartment is currently recruiting for a Full Time (80 hr) Radiologic Technologist to work midnight shifts with weekend and holidays as required

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs
• Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
• Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
• Burn patient CD's

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science
• RT Technologist experience preferred
• ARRT Registered Technologist required
• Delaware license
• Certification in CPR
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
