Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist for the Christiana Hospital Imaging Department on a Day Shift (40 hours/week). The position includes every 4th weekend evenings and every other holiday.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Radiology Science, ARRT registration, Delaware license, CPR certification, and flexibility in hours and duties.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT registration and an Associate degree in Radiology.
• Delaware license and CPR certification required.

• Experience in radiology technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment.
• Developing and identifying radiographs with proper identification of film, date and time.
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro.
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students.
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.

The Christiana Hospital Imaging Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time- Radiologic Technologist. Shift: Day Shift Full Time 40 hours per week. Every 4th weekend evenings and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
• Operating the following equipment: Phillips, Siemens, Carestream and Canon

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science
• RT Technologist experience preferred
• ARRT Registered Technologist required
• Delaware license
• Certification in CPR
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
