Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Full Time Radiologic Technologist to join The Christiana Hospital Imaging Department. The role involves day shift coverage, including every 4th weekend evening and some holidays, with a 40-hour work week and orientation to radiographic equipment and PACS systems.

The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Radiology Science, ARRT registration, CPR certification, and a Delaware license.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science is required.
• ARRT Registered Technologist is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Delaware license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment.
• Developing and identifying radiographs with proper identification of film, date and time.
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro.
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students.
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
• Operating equipment from Phillips, Siemens, Carestream, and Canon.

Shift:

• Day Shift

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
