ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking a Full Time Radiologic Technologist to join the Imaging Department. The role centers on operating radiographic equipment, producing quality images and supporting ED, OR and portable studies while ensuring safety and accuracy.

This position offers evening shifts 3p-11:30p, a 40-hour work week, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. ARRT certification, Delaware license and CPR are required, with opportunities for training and growth within a

• ARRT Registered Technologist required.
• Delaware license in radiography.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiographic equipment with proficiency.
• Develop and identify radiographs with proper film/date/time.
• Cover the ED OR, Surgi Center, Portables, Fluoro.
• Assist with training radiology students.
• Use and QC PACS, CR and/or DR systems.
• Operate equipment from Philips, Siemens, Carestream, Canon.

TheChristiana HospitalImaging Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time- Radiologic Technologist.

Shift:

• Evenings 3p-11:30p

• Full Time 40 hours per week.

• Every 4th weekend evenings and every other holiday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment

• Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time

• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro

• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students

• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems

• Operating the following equipment: Phillips, Siemens, Carestream and Canon

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science

• RT Technologist experience preferred

• ARRT Registered Technologist required

• Delaware license

• Certification in CPR

• Flexibility in hours and duties is required

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
