Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine and specialized diagnostic radiologic procedures for patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.

The role requires ARRT in Radiography, BLS within 30 days, and an appropriate Radiologic Technologist license. You will contribute to quality imaging, patient comfort, and safety while supporting department operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Active Radiologic Technologist license appropriate to state.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures ensuring accurate examinations per department standards.
• Serve as resource for staff on radiographic procedures and image quality.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, applying radiation protection measures.
• Ensure clean, stocked, and organized work area and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with departments as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to technologists and students.
