Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic procedures across patient ages under radiologist direction. You will ensure image quality, safety, and efficient workflow while supporting equipment and department operations.

Qualifications include ARRT registration, state licensure (or eligibility), BLS, and an associate degree in Radiologic Technology. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Registered in Radiography (ARRT)
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (Radiography) in state or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA)
• Certificate/degree in Radiologic Technology
• Related field work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately within guidelines and standards
• Ensures appropriate views and image quality using filters, collimation, markers and correct patient ID
• Maintains radiation safety and comfort for patients
• Troubleshoots equipment and maintains supplies and room readiness
• Documents procedures in HIS/Radiant/PACS and supports QA/QC programs
• Mentors staff and students and supports department processes
