Job summary

You will support fluoroscopic studies, maintain equipment and infection control standards, mentor students, and collaborate with the imaging team across Hartford HealthCare's network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass ARRT National Board and CT license within 3 months of graduation.
• Ongoing CEU requirements to maintain licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required on hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic procedures per department standards and guidelines.
• Conduct fluoroscopic exams including GI, ERCPs, Arthrography, Hysterosalpingography, Urography, and portable X-ray with C-Arm.
• Provide clinical patient care during diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure image quality and accurate computer documentation.
• Mentor students in clinical and ethical aspects of Radiologic Technologist role.
• Maintain stock and PPE for assigned stations and follow infection control standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve departmental tasks and contribute to patient safety.
