Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine radiographic procedures and fluoroscopic studies with accuracy and professional care. The role requires ARRT certification and CT licensure, plus ongoing CEU maintenance.

You will work under supervision but conduct independent procedures, mentor students, and ensure patient safety and infection control across shifts at Hartford HealthCare facilities in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass ARRT National Board and hold State of CT license to practice radiographic procedures or obtain within 3 months of graduation.
• Maintain licensure through required CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic procedures per department standards.
• Fluoroscopic exams including GI, ERCPs, Arthrography, Hysterosalpingography, Urography and portable X-ray with C-Arm.
• Provide proper patient care during diagnostic procedures.
• Critique and assess image quality.
• Document findings accurately in the system.
• Mentor students in clinical and ethical aspects of radiologic technology.
• Maintain stock and PPE for assigned stations.
• Adhere to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with team to complete duties.
• Perform other duties as needed.
