The role demands knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and equipment, along with independent judgment in procedures. The incumbent will work within Hartford HealthCare's Greater Manchester Region, collaborating with a multi-site team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• ARRT National Board certification and CT license to practice radiographic procedures or obtain within 3 months of graduation.
• Maintain CEUs to keep licensure current.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on hire and maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic procedures according to standards and state requirements.
• Exhibit proficiency in fluoroscopic exams including GI studies and X-ray/CT procedures.
• Provide proper clinical patient care during diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure image quality with accurate documentation.
• Mentor students in clinical and ethical aspects of radiologic technology.
• Maintain stock and PPE at assigned stations.
• Adhere to infection control standards and work as a team.
