Job summary

KXLY is seeking an energetic Promotions Assistant to help coordinate prizes, contests, and events across our seven radio properties. You will support Programs and Sales, attend client meetings, and manage the event calendar with attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Requirements include a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. This role involves weekends, evenings, and some holidays, with on-site remote setup and hands-on prize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and special events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and contests across multiple radio properties.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure timely planning.
• Assist in managing on-air, social media, and website contests.
• Attend client meetings to plan events and logistics.
• Maintain event calendar and arrange prizes and materials.
• Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms.
• Set up on-site remotes and handle prize fulfillment.
• Update station sites and manage office supplies for promotions.
