Job summary

Hubbard Broadcasting Seattle seeks a Promotion Assistant to support station marketing plans, events, contests and other promotional activities across the Greater Seattle Area.

The role requires a reliable, creative, outgoing individual with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to work in a team or alone and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Reliable and personable individual capable of public interaction.
• Creative and able to represent the station image at events.
• Must have a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; able to drive station vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and execute promotional events, remotes, and client activities.
• Represent the station professionally at events with high customer service.
• Set-up and breakdown of promotional equipment (banners, tents, prize wheel, etc.).
• Communicate with staff during events and maintain organization of zones and vehicles.
• Attend meetings and brainstorm sessions; complete other duties as requested.
