• Two years of experience in new business development and prospecting within media sales or related field.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and manage pipeline.
• Solicit new business through prospecting and cold calling.
• Develop cross-platform advertising solutions using radio and digital assets.
• Prepare proposals and present to clients and sales leaders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account stewardship.
• Use CRM to track activities, build pipeline, and generate revenue reports.
• Upsell and renew existing accounts with performance metrics and insights.
• Attend meetings and remote client calls as required.
