Job summary

Sullivan Media Solutions is seeking a driven Radio Advertising Account Executive in Redlands, CA to sell on KOLA-FM and KCAL-FM and Sullivan Digital. You will attract new clients, promote radio and digital advertising solutions, and work with the Director of Sales to drive revenue.

We offer a starting salary of $70,320 plus commission, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent is encouraged but not required.
• 1–3+ years in radio, media, or advertising sales with outside sales experience considered.
• Understanding of radio advertising mechanics and digital platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell radio ads on KOLA-FM and KCAL-FM and promote Sullivan Digital services.
• Build integrated marketing plans by pairing radio with digital offerings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify leads and tailor pitches.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
