Radio Communications Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager to oversee our business operations in Texas and the East Coast region. Regional Sales Managers will manage daily operations, guide dealers, set performance objectives, evaluate performance, ensure standards, and prepare reports.

Success requires leadership, operational management, revenue achievement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales revenue targets
  • Implement strategies to increase existing customer business
  • Identify and oversee new dealers, set performance objectives
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing
  • Forecast and develop sales quotas, project sales and profit
  • Prepare reports
  • Provide dealer training and liaise with technical teams
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns
  • Manage accounts receivable with Finance
  • Attend educational workshops and participate in professional networks
  • Other tasks as assigned

Salary starts at $90K plus commissions, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of territory management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools
  • Decision-making, multitasking, analytical skills

This is a remote, direct hire position. No agencies.
