Essential Job Functions
  • Drive Bridor's annual goals for profitability, volume, new product launches, and more.
  • Seek and secure new business while nurturing existing accounts through stellar collaboration.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry players to ensure growth.
  • Develop and adapt annual business plans to conquer category trends and competition.
  • Identify opportunities on an account-by-account basis.
  • Lead and support broker representatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide input on pricing, shelf placement, and product promotion.
  • Collaborate with finance to maintain competitive customer pricing.
  • Monitor SKU forecasts for accuracy.
  • Transform opportunities into capabilities via strategic reviews.
  • Stay ahead of market strategies and share insights.
  • Identify new sales and profit opportunities to advance Bridor.
  • Maintain high-level connections with distributors, brokers, and accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of regional sales experience with Food Service or Grocery Retailers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, marketing, analytics, and customer development.
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in baking or foodservice CPG industries.
Working Conditions
  • Home office environment.
  • Minimum 40-hour workweek, occasional weekends.
  • Travel required: 50%-70%, including automobile and air travel.
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
